Wayne E. Paulter, Associate Wayne Paulter graduated from the College of New Jersey in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In 2001, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Catholic University of America, along with additional certification from the university’s Comparative and International Law Institute. A former legal intern for the Federal Communications Commission in Washington, D.C., Mr. Paulter has also completed graduate coursework at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, and at Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies, in Washington, DC. Mr. Paulter has been practicing law in New Jersey since 2001. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association.
