Nancy Crosta Landale Ms. Landale is a 1984 graduate of Douglass College, Rutgers University where she received a B.A. in English with Honors and a Certificate in Criminology. She received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1987 and was admitted to the New Jersey and U.S. District Court Bars the same year. Following graduation, Ms. Landale clerked for New Jersey Superior Court Law Division Judges William L’E. Wertheimer and A. Donald McKenzie. In her ensuing years of practice Ms. Landale has successfully defended numerous medical malpractice, professional liability, and insurance coverage cases and actively litigated matters at the trial, appellate and Supreme Court level. In the insurance industry Ms. Landale has handled coverage claims and suits involving professional liability, nursing home negligence, errors and omissions, commercial general liability, pollution, and property, including claims involving bad faith.
